Meet the Coaches

Power2Tri is built around experienced, athlete-first coaching. Our coaches bring deep endurance backgrounds, practical perspective, and a commitment to helping athletes train smarter, stay healthy, and perform with confidence.

Our Coaching Philosophy

At Power2Tri Endurance Coaching, we believe effective coaching is built on balance, communication, and long-term development. Our approach is athlete-centered, not template-driven. Training is designed to fit real life while still driving meaningful performance gains.

We coach athletes across triathlon, ultra running, and long-course endurance events who want structure, accountability, and a clear plan without losing perspective. Performance matters, but sustainability matters more. The goal is to build durable athletes who continue improving year over year.

Coaching decisions are guided by experience, data, and ongoing dialogue. Plans evolve as the athlete evolves, ensuring training remains aligned with goals, recovery, and life demands.
