Triathlon Coaching Built Around Your Life
Triathlon training should fit your life, not force you to rebuild everything around a rigid plan. Power2Tri provides individualized triathlon coaching that adapts to your goals, your schedule, and the reality of balancing training with work, family, and everything else that matters.
Whether you're preparing for your first sprint triathlon or chasing an age group podium at Ironman, our approach is built on one principle: personalized coaching from real coaches who understand the demands of multisport training and the challenges of fitting it into a full life.
What Makes Triathlon Coaching Different
Triathlon isn't just three sports—it's three disciplines that need to work together, progress together, and recover together. Cookie-cutter plans don't account for how a hard bike week affects your run, or how life stress impacts your swim recovery. Our coaching does.
We build training around your current fitness, your goals, and your constraints. That means workouts that adapt when life gets busy, progression that prioritizes durability over short-term peaks, and ongoing communication so adjustments happen in real time, not after you're already overtrained or injured.
This is human coaching, not an algorithm. You work with an experienced coach who understands triathlon training, knows how to manage multisport load, and makes decisions based on your feedback, your data, and your goals—not a static template.
Who This Is For
Our triathlon coaching works for athletes across all experience levels and race distances. We coach athletes preparing for sprint triathlons, Olympic distance, 70.3, and Ironman races. We also work with athletes who aren't training for a specific race but want structured guidance to improve their swim, bike, and run fitness.
Most of our athletes are balancing training with careers, families, and other commitments. They value consistency and long-term progression over chasing short-term fitness gains that lead to burnout. Many are masters athletes who care about durability, injury prevention, and training smarter as their bodies require more recovery and intentional load management.
If you're looking for individualized coaching that adapts to your life rather than a plan that expects your life to adapt to it, this approach will work for you.
How We Approach Triathlon Training
Training begins with understanding where you are now—your current fitness across swim, bike, and run, your injury history, your schedule, and your goals. From there, we build a plan that balances all three disciplines while managing total training load so you're progressing without overreaching.
Workouts are structured around your available time and adjusted based on how you're responding. If work gets busy or life throws a curveball, training adapts. If you're crushing workouts and recovering well, we progress. If fatigue is building or performance is slipping, we adjust before it becomes a problem.
You get ongoing feedback on your swim technique, bike pacing, run form, nutrition strategy, and race execution. Communication is continuous, not episodic. Training is a relationship, not a transaction.
