Welcome to Power2Tri Endurance Coaching. By placing an order through our online store at power2tri-endurance.com, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Products and Orders

All merchandise sold through our store is produced on demand by third-party print partners through Printify. Product colors, sizing, and print placement may vary slightly from images shown on our website. By placing an order, you are entering into a purchase agreement for the selected item(s) at the listed price.

2. Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD) and do not include applicable taxes or shipping costs, which are calculated at checkout. Payment is processed securely through Stripe. We accept major credit and debit cards, Google Pay, and Apple Pay.

3. Shipping and Delivery

Orders are fulfilled and shipped by our print-on-demand partners. Typical production time is 2-7 business days, with shipping times varying by destination. Tracking information will be provided once your order has shipped. Power2Tri Endurance Coaching is not responsible for delays caused by carriers or customs processing.

4. Returns and Refunds

Because our products are custom printed on demand, we cannot accept returns for buyer's remorse or incorrect sizing. However, if your item arrives damaged, defective, or with a print error, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at info@power2tri-endurance.com with photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or refund at our discretion.

5. Intellectual Property

All designs, logos, and branding on our merchandise are the property of Power2Tri Endurance Coaching. Reproduction, distribution, or unauthorized use of our designs is prohibited.

6. Limitation of Liability

Power2Tri Endurance Coaching is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the purchase or use of our products. Our total liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the item(s) in question.

7. Privacy

We collect personal information necessary to process your order, including your name, shipping address, email, and payment details. Payment information is processed securely by Stripe and is never stored on our servers. We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties except as necessary to fulfill your order.
