Personal 1:1 Endurance Coach

At Power2Tri Endurance Coaching, we understand that each athlete is different. That’s why we offer Personal Coaching for triathletes, off-road cyclists, and marathon & ultra runners. Our experienced coaches are dedicated to building a strong relationship with you, based on trust, respect, and communication. Together, we design a training program that fits your needs, taking into account your goals, strengths, weaknesses, and other commitments.

With Personal Coaching, you can expect:

  • Planning for short and long-term goals that suit your needs
  • Adjustments to your plan as life events occur and to keep you on track with your sessions

Targeted Training

Assess your athletic progress and optimize your training with periodic fitness evaluations. Our evaluations will determine your unique training zones for heart rate, power, and pace in each discipline. This information is used to design targeted training sessions and track your progress from your baseline measurements.

Our comprehensive race plans cover every aspect of competition, including personalized pacing strategies, nutritional guidance, and contingency plans. For athletes using power meters, we also offer simulated power race analysis to optimize performance. With our detailed race plans, you’ll have the support and direction you need to succeed on race day.
