About Ongoing Zwift Workout of the Week

Gear up for the 2024 Race Season with our “Terrible Tuesdays” sessions. Each ride offers a dynamic mix of intensity and enjoyment to keep you motivated. Whether you’re training for a triathlon or focused on cycling, expect an exciting ride every time!  These sessions are each Tuesday at 5:30AM Easter Standard Time.

How to join the workout

You can join from the companion app by scrolling to the next Tuesday and scrolling even more to 5:30AM, or… you can follow this link which is easy peasy. Once you are on the page just pick the date and time you want to join!
